DESCRIPTION

VERICARD CORE MAG is a NEW optimal solution for low cost production of loyalty and discount cards without applying overlay film. VERICARD core/overlay Mag performs core and overlay films with applied magnetic stripe of various coercivity.

The set of materials for the solution:

  • Core rigid PVC film with magnetic stripes VERICARD PVC GP 20 L MAG for reverse side of plastic cards
  • SURFACEPRINT MACHINE LAMINABLE inks - special printing inks for direct lamination

PRODUCTION COST OPTIMIZATION

Production cost optimization up to 20% due to:

  • Elimination of overlay films
  • Reducing waste of material
  • Reducing production process

DESCRIPTION

VERICARD OVERLAY MAG is an effective solution for production of plastic cards with magnetic stripe. It performs an overlay film with applied magnetic stripe of various coercivity.

VERICARD OVERLAY MAG films:

  • VERICARD PVC GP10(16) MAG – PVC overlay film with applied magnetic stripe for all types of plastic cards (adhesive coating is an option)
  • VERICARD PVC GP100(106) MAG – laser markable PVC overlay film with applied magnetic stripe (adhesive coating is an option)

PRODUCTION COST OPTIMIZATION

Production cost reducing can be achieved due to the following features:

  • No need to apply magnetic stripe(this step can be excluded from the production process)
  • Reducing the time of the production process
  • Excluding risk of getting defects while magnetic stripe applying
  • Minimizing risk of defects while laminating process
  • Reducing adjustment costs
